Role Description
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the growth of the mortgage business. This position involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, as well as managing client relationships and maintaining a consistent company brand.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals, ultimately driving client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in the financial services or mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Proven experience in content creation, including copywriting and graphic design oversight.
- Solid understanding of brand management, client engagement, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budget management and maximizing marketing ROI.
